Steps taken to control the procedure as well as the valuation results.
The valuation and the control activity is imbued with a system called “Social
Quality” of services and they take rise to the Total Quality Management
(TQM) based on five important principles.

beneficiaries, people working on the different stages of the project,
public administration)

The valuation activities mentioned above are needed to estimate:

The respect of time and musters in the different stages of the educational
project

The management process of the results treatment activity
The management process of the sensitisation of the activity

The quality interference for each customer regards the program and results.

3. The entity of relapse of the educational project:

The information exchange among partners of the Institute

The spreading out of methods and means on the national European territory
