TRAINER OF TRAINERSThis stage has gone on for 100 hours, where the educators have planned strategies and techniques to be used for the specific group of younger. At this stage, also some representative people of an European Partner (RAA Essen) took part, bringing their experience with the Italian younger overseas. Some of the arguments treated were: education of adults and permanent education, didactics plans, professional quality of the educators, younger with disadvantage problems, presence of educators for younger with some difficulties, the methodology used by educators, problem solving, pedagogical characteristics of methods and techniques used by educators, dynamics of the group, communication and language to be used.
